Refund and Returns Policy for Jetsaliz Coffee Machines

At Jetsaliz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a coffee machine, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and the process for returning products.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged coffee machine, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with an exchange for the same model at no additional cost. Please include a clear description of the issue and photos, if possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products, unless defective.
  • Items that are returned without the original packaging or accessories.
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your coffee machine arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photographs of the damaged product and packaging to expedite the process.
